The calendar

Events tied to your items, calendars you define, and the calendar's own trash.

1 min read

The Calendar holds dated things connected to what you own: a service appointment, an insurance renewal, an auction, a viewing, a warranty expiry.

Creating an event

  1. 1Open Calendar and press New event, or press a day in the grid.
  2. 2Give it a title and a description.
  3. 3Set the date and time, or mark it All day.
  4. 4Assign it to one of your calendars.
  5. 5Save.

My calendars

You can define your own calendars — Maintenance, Insurance, Auctions — each with its own colour, and show or hide them to filter the view. Press Add category in the My calendars panel to create one.

Finding and moving around

Today jumps back to the current date, and there is a search box for events. Days with more events than fit show a more link.

The calendar's trash

Deleted events go to the calendar's own trash and can be restored. Retention is configurable — 30 days, a custom number of days, or never — and Delete forever removes an event permanently.

Tip

A reminder in the Smart Hub nags you; a calendar event sits in a date. Use reminders for do this soon and the calendar for this happens then.
