Teams
Grouping members inside a workspace so access follows the group rather than the person.
1 min read
Where a workspace has more than a handful of people, teams save you managing everybody individually. A team is a named group of members, and access can be granted to the team rather than to each person.
- 1Open the organisation's settings from Workspaces.
- 2Create a team and name it after what it does — Warehouse, Finance, Curators.
- 3Add members to it.
- 4Grant the team the access it needs.
Somebody joining then gets the right access by being added to a team, and somebody leaving loses it by being removed from one.
Note
Teams need the Collector plan or above (1 team), Pro (5) or Business and Ultimate (unlimited).
