What ELVOAQ is, and what it is for

A plain-language explanation of the vault, who it is built for, and the problems it solves.

2 min read

ELVOAQ is a private digital vault for things you own. You create one record — an item — for each object that matters: a watch, a machine, a painting, a laptop, a bottle of wine, a spare part in a warehouse. Around that record you keep everything that proves it is yours and tells you what it is worth: photos, receipts, invoices, certificates, notes, purchase price, current value, where it is stored, who has it on loan.

Everything else in the platform grows out of that one idea. Categories and collections group items. Sharing lets you show a selection to somebody outside your account without giving them access to the rest. Accounting turns your items into numbers. Certificates turn them into verifiable proof. The AI tools read what you have already written and help you fill in the rest.

Who it is built for

Collectors
Watches, art, cards, wine, cars, memorabilia — anything where provenance, condition and value change over time and need to be documented.
Households
A home inventory for insurance. If something is stolen or burns, an insurer wants photos, receipts and dates. ELVOAQ produces that package in one click.
Small businesses
Tools, stock, equipment and fixed assets, with SKUs, barcodes, VAT, depreciation and audit trails.
Teams and organisations
Shared workspaces with roles and permissions, so several people maintain one inventory without stepping on each other.

The three surfaces

ELVOAQ is one account across three places. Everything you do in one appears in the others.

  • The web app at elvoaq.com/app — the complete platform, in any modern browser.
  • The iPhone and iPad app — for cataloguing on the spot, with the camera and barcode scanner in your hand.
  • The Android app — the same, on Android phones and tablets.

Note

Your data lives in one account. Adding an item on your phone puts it in the web app immediately, and vice versa.

What it is not

ELVOAQ is not a marketplace and does not sell your items for you. It does not take a commission on anything. When you share an item and somebody makes an offer, that conversation happens through ELVOAQ, but the deal itself is between you and them.
