The Smart Hub is where ELVOAQ tells you what it noticed and where you keep the things you must not forget. It has three parts: insights, notes and reminders.
Insights
Insights are found automatically by looking for gaps and risks in your data. Each one comes with an action button that takes you straight to the items concerned.
- Missing photos
- Items with no photo. These are the records that will fail you in an insurance claim.
- Missing prices
- Items with no purchase price, so they contribute nothing to any total.
- Missing descriptions
- Items with nothing written about them — which also weakens the AI's value estimates.
- Uncategorised
- Items with no category, invisible to every category-based filter and chart.
- High-value items
- Your most valuable records, so you can check they are properly documented and insured.
- Poor condition
- Items graded fair or poor — your repair or replacement queue.
- Collection health
- An overall read on how complete your records are.
Pin an insight to keep it at the top; dismiss one you have dealt with or do not care about.
Notes
Notes are free text attached to an item or standing on their own: what a dealer said, what still needs checking, where the spare key is. Notes can be pinned so the important ones stay at the top, and the hub can list all notes across the vault.
Reminders
- 1Press Add reminder.
- 2Give it a title and an optional description.
- 3Choose when: in a number of days, weeks or months, or a specific date.
- 4Attach it to an item if it concerns one.
- 5In a shared workspace, assign it to a member — otherwise it is yours.
- 6Save.
Reminders are listed as active, overdue or completed, with the number of days overdue shown for anything late. Mark complete closes one, and marking it incomplete reopens it.
Tip
The reminders that pay for themselves are the boring ones: insurance renewal, warranty expiry, service intervals, battery changes on watches, and re-valuation dates on anything appreciating.
AI reports
Generate report produces a written analysis of the workspace — its value, its composition, its most valuable pieces and what to do next. Reports can be regenerated at any time. Free accounts do not include reports; Starter allows 5 a month, Collector 25, and Pro and above are unlimited.
