QR labels
Printing a QR label for an item so a phone camera opens its record.
1 min read
A QR label bridges the shelf and the vault: stick one on a box, and pointing a phone at it opens that item's record.
- 1Open the item and choose QR label.
- 2Optionally switch on Include details to print the name and key fields beside the code, so the label is readable without a phone.
- 3Press Print to send it to a printer, or Download to save the image and print a sheet of them later.
Tip
Labels earn their keep in storage units, workshops and warehouses — anywhere the object is inside something opaque. For a display cabinet, they are usually more clutter than help.
