Continue with Google and Continue with Apple sit below the form and work the same way as they do on sign-up. If you originally registered with Google, use the Google button — a password will not exist on the account until you create one.

Staying signed in

A successful sign-in keeps you signed in on that device until you sign out or the session expires. On a shared or public computer, sign out when you finish: open the account menu in the top-right and choose Sign out.

Choosing your language before signing in

The sign-in and sign-up pages carry their own language and appearance switchers, in the corner of the page. Use them if the app opens in a language you do not read — you do not have to sign in first to change it.

If you cannot get in

›“Invalid credentials”

The email or the password is wrong. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are unsure, reset it — see Reset a forgotten password.

›The account is suspended

A message explains why and who to contact. Suspensions are lifted by support once the reason is resolved.

›The two-factor code is refused

Codes are tied to the clock on your phone. Turn on automatic time in the phone's date-and-time settings, then try the next code. If you still cannot get in, use a backup code.
