Scheduled summary reports
A recurring report on your collection by email or in the app, on your own schedule.
1 min read
A summary report is a recurring statement of where your collection stands — totals, what changed, and what needs attention. It arrives by email or in the app without you asking each time.
Creating a schedule
- 1Open the summary settings from Settings.
- 2Press Create and name the schedule.
- 3Choose the scope: your whole account, or a single workspace.
- 4Choose the frequency: daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.
- 5For weekly, pick the day of the week; for monthly and quarterly, the day of the month.
- 6Set the time it should be sent.
- 7Choose the delivery channels: email, in-app, or both. At least one is required.
- 8Optionally limit the number of runs — the schedule switches itself off after that many. Leave it unlimited to run until you pause or delete it.
- 9Save.
What a report contains
- Items
- How many you hold.
- Value
- What the collection is worth, in your display currency.
- Added
- What arrived during the period.
- Completeness
- How well documented your records are — the gaps worth filling.
Managing schedules
- Preview
- See what the next report will look like, without waiting.
- Send now
- Send one immediately, outside the schedule.
- Pause / Resume
- Stop a schedule temporarily, keeping its settings.
- Change or remove it.
Note
If a send fails — an email bounces, for instance — the schedule shows that its last run failed, so a silent failure does not go unnoticed.
