Getting support

Where to write, what to include, and what to check first.

Check the status page first

elvoaq.com/status shows whether the platform is healthy. If something is broken there, it is being worked on and a support email will not make it faster.

Where to write

support@elvoaq.com
Accounts, billing, faults and anything you cannot do.
sales@elvoaq.com
Larger plans, organisations and custom arrangements.
hello@elvoaq.com
Everything else.

There is also Feedback inside the app, which is the right place for bugs and feature requests — see Sending feedback.

What to include

  • The email address on your account, and write from it where you can — it is what lets support find you.
  • What you were doing, step by step.
  • What you expected and what happened, including the exact wording of any error.
  • Where — the web app, iPhone or Android, and which browser on the web.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible.

Important

Never send your password, a two-factor code, a backup code or card details. Nobody at ELVOAQ will ever ask for them, and a message that does is not from us.

Still stuck?

If this guide did not answer your question, write to us — a real person reads every message.
