Settings — a tour of every tab
What lives where in Settings, so you never have to hunt for a preference again.

Open Settings from the account menu in the top-right, or from the sidebar. It is divided into the tabs below.
Tip
Faster than reading this: type what you want into the search box in the top bar. It matches settings sections by name — vat, quiet hours, dark mode — and jumps straight to them.
Profile
Your first name, last name, bio and profile picture. Also Change email address and Change password, both of which require your current password.
Note
If you signed up with Google or Apple, there is no password yet. Send set-password link emails you one, after which you can also sign in with an email address and password.
Language
English, Deutsch, Čeština or Slovenčina, applied immediately. Email language controls the language of the messages ELVOAQ sends; leave it on automatic to follow your interface language.
Security
Two-factor authentication and backup codes — see Two-factor authentication.
Notifications
Channels, per-topic switches and quiet hours — see Notification settings.
Appearance
Light, Dark or Follow system.
Accessibility
- Reduce motion
- Removes animated transitions.
- Larger touch controls
- Bigger buttons and tap targets, for touchscreens.
Formatting
Default currency, whether the currency symbol goes before or after the number, decimal separator, thousands separator, date format, 12- or 24-hour time, and whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday. A live preview shows the effect as you change them.
Price display
- Show prices with VAT
- The gross figure.
- Show prices without VAT
- The net figure.
- Show net price and VAT
- Both, side by side.
- Show net price, VAT and total
- All three.
Trash
How long deleted items are kept — see Trash.
AI
A master switch for the AI features, plus individual switches for smart categorisation, value prediction and duplicate detection. Turning the master switch off disables all of them at once — a genuine off, for anybody who would rather no AI touched their data.
