Privacy, diagnostics and deleting your account

What ELVOAQ stores, the diagnostics switch, and how to close your account permanently.

Where your data lives

ELVOAQ is run by Lukas Rajnic, a sole trader in Slovakia, and the platform is built privacy-first. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy; the Cookie Policy covers what is stored in your browser, and the AI Policy covers how the AI features handle your content.

Your cookie choice is shared between the marketing site and the app, so deciding once silences the banner on both. Change it at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page on this site.

Service diagnostics

Settings → Privacy → Service diagnostics controls whether anonymised usage data is sent to help find faults and improve the product. Switching it off does not restrict any feature.

Getting a copy of your data

Use Import / Export to export everything, in CSV or JSON.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is handled by hand rather than by a button, deliberately. Verifying a request through a person prevents an account being wiped by somebody who has momentarily got hold of a signed-in session, and prevents an irreversible action being taken by accident.

  1. 1Export anything you want to keep. After deletion there is nothing to recover.
  2. 2Cancel any active subscription, so nothing bills after the account is gone.
  3. 3Open Settings → Privacy and find the account-deletion section at the bottom.
  4. 4Enter your current password.
  5. 5Write a deletion statement of at least 160 characters, explaining the request and any context about how your data should be handled. This is what support uses to verify intent.
  6. 6Submit the request — or write to support@elvoaq.com from the address on the account.

What happens next

  • Support verifies the request with you and explains the next steps.
  • The account is scheduled for permanent deletion after verification.
  • Access to the account and its services is revoked.
  • Personal data is removed or anonymised as the applicable rules require.
  • Some records may be retained where law, security, dispute resolution or legitimate business interests require it.

Important

Deletion is generally irreversible. Your account, settings, content, files and records may no longer be recoverable once it completes.

Note

The same section exists in the mobile apps, under Settings.
