Verify your email address
Why verification matters, how to finish it, and what to do if the email never arrives.
1 min read
When you sign up with an email address, ELVOAQ sends a message with a verification link. Verifying proves the address is really yours — which matters, because it is the address a password reset goes to.
Finish verification
- 1Open the message from ELVOAQ in your inbox. The subject line mentions verifying your email.
- 2Press the button or link inside it.
- 3A confirmation page opens and the account is marked verified. You can close the tab and go back to the app.
Note
The link is single-use and expires. If you open an old one, ask for a fresh email rather than reusing it.
The email never arrived
- 1Check the spam, junk and promotions folders. Verification mail is the message most often filtered.
- 2Search your mailbox for elvoaq rather than scrolling — some clients file it out of the inbox entirely.
- 3Confirm the address you typed. A typo in the domain (
gmial.com) means the message went nowhere. - 4Ask for another one from the banner shown in the app while the account is unverified.
- 5If nothing arrives, write to support@elvoaq.com from the address you signed up with.
Tip
Add ELVOAQ to your address book or safe-sender list once the first message arrives. Later mail — password resets, share notifications, invoices — then lands in the inbox rather than in spam.
