Subscriptions, trials and payment
Starting a trial, upgrading, promo codes, invoices, and cancelling.

Open Subscription from the sidebar or the account menu. It shows your current plan, your usage against its limits, your billing summary and your payment history.
The free trial
Every public plan can be tried free for 14 days, with no card required. The subscription page shows the days remaining while a trial is running. A trial can be started once.
Upgrading
- 1Open Subscription and compare the plans.
- 2Choose monthly or yearly — yearly saves about 20%.
- 3Press Upgrade on the plan you want.
- 4Complete the payment. Payments are handled by the payment provider; ELVOAQ never sees your card details.
Important
Never type card details into a page that is not the payment provider's own. ELVOAQ will never ask for a card number, a CVV or a bank password by email or in support chat.
Promotion codes
- 1Open Subscription and find the Promotion code field.
- 2Enter the code and apply it.
Codes apply to paid plans only, and each code can be redeemed once. If it is refused, the message says whether it is invalid, inactive, or already used.
Invoices and payment history
Every payment is listed with its date and amount, and Download invoice produces the document for your records.
Changing plan
Switching to a higher plan takes effect immediately. Moving to a lower one takes effect at the end of the paid period, and if your data exceeds the lower plan's limits nothing is deleted — you simply cannot add more until you are back under them.
Cancelling
- 1Open Subscription.
- 2Press Cancel subscription and confirm.
The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. Your data is not deleted.
