Opening an item shows everything about it in one screen, split across four tabs.

The value panel
Below the price you will find what ELVOAQ believes the item is worth now. It shows an estimate with a low and high range, a confidence level (high, medium or low), and what the estimate was based on: the purchase price, the category, or the AI model. Press Recalculate to run it again after you have improved the record.
Note
If the estimate says there is not enough data, add a manufacturer, a better description and a purchase price — those three fields do most of the work.
The history log
The History tab lists every change: which field changed, from what to what, when, and by whom. Photos added, files uploaded, comments posted, favourites toggled and category moves all appear. Nothing is silently overwritten — if a colleague changed a price last month, the log says so.
Actions on an item
- Edit
- Opens the form. Keyboard shortcut e.
- Favourite
- Stars the item so it appears in Favourites. Shortcut f.
- Lock
- Protects the item with a PIN. Its details stay hidden until the PIN is entered. Use Change PIN or Remove lock later.
- Certificate proof
- Issues a certificate of authenticity for the item. See Certificates.
- Evidence package
- Builds the insurance-ready document set. See Insurance documents.
- Delete
- Moves the item to Trash. Shortcut Delete.
Comments
Comments are for the running story of an item: a service, an offer received, a doubt about authenticity. Press c to jump into the comment box and Ctrl + Enter to post. In a shared workspace, everybody with access sees them.
Note
Comments require a paid plan. On Free, the tab is visible but posting is not available.
