Try “add an item”, “VAT”, “share link”, “two-factor”
Password, email address and sessions
Changing what you sign in with, and keeping the account safe.

Changing your password
- 1Open Settings → Profile.
- 2Enter your current password.
- 3Enter the new one twice.
- 4Save.
The same rules apply as at sign-up: at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
Changing your email address
Also under Profile. Enter the new address and confirm with your current password. The new address becomes your login, so make sure you can receive mail at it before you change it.
Setting a first password on a Google or Apple account
Use Send set-password link. The email that arrives lets you create one, after which both sign-in methods work.
Automatic sign-out
Settings → About can sign you out after a period of inactivity. On a shared or public machine, set it short.
Good practice
- Switch on two-factor authentication. It is available on every plan.
- Use a password you use nowhere else, from a password manager.
- Leave security alerts switched on in notification settings, so a sign-in you did not make reaches you.
- Sign out when you finish on a machine that is not yours.
