The dashboard
What every number and chart on the opening screen means.
1 min read
The dashboard is the first screen after signing in. It answers four questions at a glance: how much you have, what it is worth, what changed recently, and what needs attention.
The headline figures
- Total items
- How many records the current workspace holds. Items in Trash are not counted.
- Total value
- The sum of purchase prices, converted into your display currency. Whether it is shown net or gross follows your price-display preference.
- Categories
- How many categories are in use.
- Recent activity
- What was added or changed lately, newest first.
The charts
The breakdown by category shows where your value is concentrated — usually a surprise the first time. The value-over-time chart plots how the total has moved as you add items and as estimates change.
Note
The dashboard reflects the current workspace only. If a number looks too small, check the workspace switcher in the top bar before anything else.
Plan usage
A usage panel shows how much of your plan you are using — items, storage, AI messages. It is the early warning before an upload gets refused.
