Open Notification settings from the sidebar or from the account menu. Settings are in three groups: the channels, the topics, and quiet hours.
Channels
- In-app
- Notifications inside ELVOAQ, on the bell and the notifications page.
- Messages to the address on your account.
- Push
- Notifications on your phone, from the iOS or Android app. Needs the app installed and permission granted on the device.
Topics
- Item updates
- Changes to items you follow or own.
- Comments
- New comments on your items.
- Mentions
- Somebody naming you in a comment.
- Shares
- Activity on your share links.
- AI suggestions
- What the AI tools propose.
- Duplicate detection
- Possible duplicates found.
- Achievements and rank
- Badges unlocked and ranks reached.
- Security alerts
- Sign-ins, password changes and other security events. Leave these on.
- System notifications
- Account, plan and platform messages.
- Marketing emails
- Product news and offers. Entirely optional, and off does mean off.
Enable all and Disable all flip everything at once, which is quicker than working down the list.
Quiet hours
- 1Switch on Enable quiet hours.
- 2Set a start time and an end time.
- 3Save.
During quiet hours notifications are silenced rather than discarded — they are waiting for you afterwards.
Note
Changes are not applied until you press Save changes.
